This is honestly the nicest care home ever! The staff are just amazing and all without exception are happy and smiley. The place is immaculate with absolutely no smell – the food looks excellent too.

All the staff at Adelaide House are kind and very professional. Mum is well looked after and particularly enjoys the frequent musical entertainment.

Over all the care for my mother has been really good with all the staff I’ve met being very friendly and professional.although my mother doesn’t have dementia it was reassuring to see other residents being treated patients and dignity.

I have visited Netherhayes to see my friend Kate on several occasions over the past few months. She is very happy and well looked after by excellent staff who are very caring, make my experience when visiting very enjoyable.

My dad’s been in Netherhayes for a few months now and has settled in well. We are very impressed with all the daily activities and the friendliness of the staff too. It is great to see the social media updates with pictures and that you are able to take him outside as well. We find the mobile app very informative and reassuring, it is an easy way to keep up with what is happening on the days we are unable to visit.

My husband has been in Netherhayes Care Home since February 2024. I feel he is very well looked after by everyone who works there. The staff are all very friendly to my husband and myself and they make me and my family very welcome when we visit.

 

Staff very engaging, home looked clean and tidy. Resident I visited looked well presented and told me about the activities been doing, walls have photos and drawings on of these. I felt my friend was happy and being well looked after.

Since Owen joined the home we have been so happy with the care and dedication the staff display each and every day on our visits- my mum visits every day! Lovely home, lovely atmosphere and we are always kept up to date with any changes etc.

Very warm. Whenever I visit, the staff are always very welcoming. They try to get residents and visitors to join in all the very good activities which are put on very regularly. Mum seems very happy at Sunnydale.

My sister in law is well looked after and very happy being in Magnolia House.  The staff when we visit are all very polite and obliging nothing seems to be too much trouble. Always offered à drink and most times a homemade cake. Different activites seem to be going on. Everywhere is clean and tidy and very warm. Home from home I would say. Magnolia House highly reccommended.

After visiting Magnolia House in May to see my mother, I was very impressed. The staff are amazing, very kind and helpful with all the residents. There are plenty of activities to do with residents, with many laughs. Home-cooked meals and lovely morning and afternoon teas. I am happy to know my mum  is safe and cared for with love and respect. Big thank you to the staff at Magnolia House, Axminister.

It was a very big decision about my relative going into care as wanted to stay at home. Unfortunately this was not possible due to another family member with health issues.  Management and staff have been very supportive not only to the service but the whole family as well. This is greatly appreciated. If we have any problems the Care Home Manager is always there to help get things sorted for you.
