Netherhayes is situated in Seaton, a small seaside town along the Jurassic coast and has been successfully caring for the elderly since it was purchased by the present partnership in 1993. It is the Care Management team’s focus on achieving the highest standards possible that have built Netherhayes a reputation as a forerunner in the provision of care for the elderly in East Devon.

We are centrally located within the town centre, which provides easy access to the local amenities and only a short stroll to the seafront, which provides a lovely level walk along the promenade.

We are registered for 28 residents, with most of the bedrooms having en-suite facilities and every room has a 24 hour call bell system. We have stair lifts to all floors which provides easy access to all rooms.

The atmosphere at Netherhayes is homely and welcoming with some lovely communal areas for the residents to enjoy, where they can relax and socialise with each other. We have a large conservatory which opens out into the garden, where there are several seating areas and a Summer House, so during the summer months there is plenty of outdoor space for quiet reflection and peace and tranquillity.
