Our dedicated team of carers are here to provide both emotional and physical support to everyone in our care, each individuals care plan is tailored to meet all their needs, this enables us to be certain that the health, well being and quality of life of all our residents is met, as this is of the upmost importance to us.
We currently operate an electronic care planning system called care control, this system was designed by a care home owner and allows us to record and access real time care information quickly and easily at the touch of a button and ensures transparency and accountability of the care we provide.
As we believe it is very important for the residents families and friends to be involved in their care we actively encourage them to take part in their care reviews.
